Epic ramen, best we've had in the area. Will take my time going through the menu to try everything. Tonkotso soy was amazing.

Both ramen bowls were full of flavor and not too extremely salty. The Kara-miso bowl definitely had a spicy kick to it so if you cannot handle too much spice, you could ask for them to tame it down. The service was great as our waiter checked in on us and had a friendly demeanor. I liked that the restroom was very clean! Restaurant decor has a darker lighting and modern feel.

BEST Ramen in Roseville. Do your self a flavor and try the tan tan (SO GOOD). If you like spicy, definitely go with the Kara-Miso and have a glass of water next to you. Each ramen has an amazing boiled egg that isn't too cooked and goes well with each bowl. Solid variety of flavors to choose from. Will be coming back.

Solid ramen Place in Roseville. Reasonable prices and perfect for a rainy or cold day. There can be a wait during peak times, but it's usually not too bad. My favorite is the tantan ramen which has a creamy broth but is lightly spicy. The pork belly is rich and fatty. They also have a rewards program!

I absolutely adored this ramen place and it will be my new favorite spot in Roseville! The interior design was so cute and the my ramen was DELICIOUS! I forgot the flavor name I ordered but it was the garlicky one. I felt like I was in an anime here lol I loved it. The soup was hitting all the right places on a cold day too.

I stopped into Fukumi for a late lunch, it's nice that this restaurant is open from 11am-9pm daily. A lot of ramen restaurants have a break between lunch and dinner to reset. I love that you can stop by anytime you're craving ramen here. I walked in and they immediately greeted me and let me know I could sit anywhere. I decided on a spot near the middle of the restaurant and asked what dish they thought was the best. The menu is laid out so nicely with cute graphics of each of the bowls. I decided on the Fukumi ramen ($16.50) since it's named after the restaurant. It has thin noodles, chashu, a soft boiled egg, green onion, sprouts, seaweed and black garlic oil. Something unique here is that they offer the option of extra noodles when you order for free, or you can them later for $2 and they also offer free rice with your ramen order. The presentation was great, though I do prefer when the egg is whole instead of already sliced (It looks great sliced open though). The broth was flavorful and I love the thin noodle options. I will say, when you get the extra noodles it's a lot and very filling. I also ordered the Gyoza ($10) and a Chashu bun ($3.50) because they sounded great and I ended up taking them home because I was so full from the ramen. Everything was delicious though. Inside they have plenty of seating and bar seating as well if you don't want a whole table. They also have some rice bowl options. The parking is easy to navigate and has plenty of spots as well.

Fukumi Ramen is a great option for ramen in the Roseville area, especially on a rainy winter evening. They currently have two other locations in Citrus Heights and Folsom, however, we came to the Roseville location because it was closest to where we were. There was a bit of a wait when we arrived, but it was also because we had a large party so we had to wait for multiple tables to clear. I ordered the Tonkotsu Miso Ramen ($16), and almost everyone chose a different ramen bowl. Fukumi offers two different types of ramen noodles: thick or thin. The thick noodles are more standard and similar to the noodles served at other ramen restaurants. One of the best things about Fukumi Ramen is that you can get extra noodles or rice if you request it when placing your order. If you request it later, they will charge extra for it. The Tonkotsu Miso Ramen was really good. The pork belly chashu was so tasty, the seasoned egg was just right, the noodles were cooked nicely, and the corn was a nice touch. Although the soup broth was good, the flavor was not very strong. However, I tried some of the Tonkotsu Salt broth and that one was very flavorful, probably because black garlic oil. I probably should have ordered the black garlic oil on the side and added it to be Tonkotsu Miso broth. Our server did a good job with customer service. The ambiance was dark, yet nicely decorated for a ramen experience. All of our orders were made accurately and everyone enjoyed their meal. Fukumi Ramen is a good choice for ramen in the Roseville area.

Gosh I picked the right place for lunch. We came on new year (Jan 1, 2024 at 12:30pm) and the restaurant is open regular hour. I called to make sure they're open. We were just happened to be in the area and this is our first time here. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a person at the front and he walked us to our table. The wait was literally a minute. We sat down and looked at the menu. I got the Fukumi ramen ($16.50 and my husband got the tonkutsu salt ramen ($15) my daughter got the kids ramen ($6). Everything was well balanced. The broth can be a little more clean though bc mine came out a little oily compared to what I'm used to. I Togo mine so I'll see which bowl has more fat. My bet is mine. Note: Extra noodle is free only if you order it at the first time. If you eat your noodle and ask for more, it will cost you $2. Just fyi. My daughter also got apple juice ($3.50). I think everything was priced well except the apple juice. But overall, I'd drive to Rooseville for ramen. This is a good find.

I was craving ramen this night so we came here with about thirty minutes to spare until closing (I'm sorry!) Thankfully, they were able to take our orders since we came in during their kitchen's last calls. I usually order mayu (black garlic) and was slightly disappointed when I didn't see it on the menu. I gave the tantan a try and was surprised at the flavor of the broth. It was hearty with the thickness and creaminess. I usually enjoy soup dishes that come out piping hot, but I understand the rush from the kitchen and them wanting to ensure our dishes came out quickly. The chashu slices were super thick which was a nice surprise. I feel like a lot of ramen spots can be stingy when it comes to that, but it was filling and made each bite worth it. It's hard to be disappointed by ramen when you're in the mood for it! Service was great and quick. The interior is small but decorative, there are plenty of different tables for big or small groups. I'm glad I had the chance to try this place out :)
